Questions we hear first

What documents can I upload?
MVP supports PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown. Website crawling, Notion, and Google Drive are on the roadmap, not available yet.
How accurate are the AI responses?
Answers are generated only from your indexed content via RAG. We cite sources when retrieval finds a match. If the docs do not cover a question, the assistant should say it does not know rather than invent.
Can I customize the chatbot's appearance?
Yes. Pro and Business plans include branding controls: colors, logos, welcome messages, and widget placement.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Tenant data is isolated. We do not use your documents to train shared models. Formal SOC 2 certification is not claimed yet.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from the dashboard and retain access until the end of the billing period.
